When is trash pickup scheduled?
Our standard service runs Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM, but we can adjust both the days and times to best fit your apartment’s needs.
What types of waste can I place outside for pickup?
We accept bagged household trash and broken-down cardboard boxes. All trash must be securely tied in bags and placed inside the designated bin. Overflowing trash should be placed in an additional bin.
How should I prepare my trash for collection?
To ensure pickup, place your tied trash bags and broken-down cardboard at the designated time. For example, if your complex’s collection starts at 7 PM, have your trash out before that time to avoid being missed.
What happens if I miss the pickup time?
No worries! If you miss a pickup, we’ll be back at the same time the following evening.
Do you provide trash bins or bags?
Yes! We provide branded trash bins for each apartment community that signs on for our yearly service package.
Is recycling included in the service?
Yes! We accept broken-down cardboard boxes and bagged recyclables, as long as they follow our collection guidelines.
What should I do if my trash wasn’t collected?
First, check if any collection guidelines were missed. You can find detailed pickup rules on our website. If everything was in order and your trash still wasn’t collected, please contact us.
Can I schedule an extra pickup outside of regular service hours?
Yes, apartment communities can schedule additional pickups for high-traffic days as part of their service contract.
Do you offer event cleanup services?

Common Trash Violations:
Trash bags not inside the bin.
Bags not securely tied to prevent spills.
Cardboard boxes not broken down.
Torn or leaking bags will not be collected.
No broken glass or sharp objects in trash bags.
Pet waste must be double-bagged.
Loose trash in or around bins will not be collected.
